Shipping & Returns
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information to the address entered at the time of the order.
Please allow 1-3 days for processing. During times of inclement weather (ex. extreme heat) packages may be shipped between Mon-Wed to minimize damage to the candle.
Once the order is placed, we will not be able to change the shipping address. If there is a need to change the shipping address, please cancel the order and place a new order with the new address. If you do not receive tracking information or have any questions, please email us at [email protected] with your order number.
Delivery time with Ground Shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US.
Please note, our warehouse does not operate on weekends.
Unopened, unmodified, and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number for ease of identification. If you notice that your product has a defect or that it has been damaged, please email us at [email protected], and a member of our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.
Exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. To proceed with an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with the order number and the reason for the exchange. Please confirm if the item has been opened for the health and safety of our teams.
